Anglicare was refreshing its corporate strategy as an opportunity to set the course for their future. Our role was to create an activation campaign that would excite (winning the hearts and minds) and engage their staff and stakeholders.
We created a unified strategic plan, that sets the direction for Anglicare over the next three years. The campaign messaging enabled the strategy to be memorable and simple to deliver to a distributed workforce.
As a strategic partner we knew Anglicare’s brand and tone of voice, but needed to get a deeper understanding of how their staff would be engaged and impacted by the strategic direction. To understand this we interviewed key users and personas to gain insights into each stakeholder group.
Using these insights as a guide, we prepared messaging and visual design collateral as part of an organisation-wide campaign, tailored to the needs of each business unit.
